Melanoma cells, A375 (5x104) seeded on thin TissueSpec® Skin dECM Hydrogels show their regular morphology not observed in cells seeded on Matrigel.
TissueSpec® Skin dECM Hydrogel Kit: Viability of melanoma cells (A375).
Melanoma cells, A375 (5x103) seeded on 96-well plates were treated with 1𝜇M and 10𝜇M of Vemurafenib for 24 hours. Plastic (no ECM) was used as control condition. Viability was measured using XTT Cell Viability Assay.

Melanoma cells, A375 (1x105) were seeded on transwells (pore: 8uM) for 18 hours. Bottom wells were seeded with thin TissueSpec® Skin dECM Hydrogels or Matrigel. Plastic (no ECM) was used as the substrate control condition.
