TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel Kit: Glycogen storage in hepatocarcinoma cells.

Hepatocarcinoma cells (HepG2) were cultured in TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel, Matrigel, and collagen I prepared at 4mg/mL. Cells in TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogels show higher glycogen storage compared to Matrigel or collagen I.

TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel Kit: Low density lipoprotein (LDL) uptake assay.

Primary human hepatocytes cultured in TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel, Matrigel, and collagen I prepared at 4mg/mL. Immunofluorescence for LDL receptor and nucleus (DAPI) was performed in all conditions.

TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel Kit: Fibrinogen quantification.

Primary human hepatocytes cultured in TissueSpec® Liver dECM Hydrogel, Matrigel, and collagen I prepared at 4mg/mL. Fibrinogen secretion was quantified in all conditions.

Epithelial cells from ductal carcinoma of the breast (T-47D) cultured on TissueSpec® Liver dECM Coating prepared at 0.2mg/mL in 12-well plates.

TissueSpec® Liver dECM Coating Kit: Metabolic activity of T-47D breast cancer cells.

Breast cancer cells T-47D (1x105) were cultured on 24-well plates previously coated with TissueSpec® Liver dECM Coating, Matrigel or collagen I. Lactate assay was performed after 72 hours.
