Intestine ECM cell culture substrates
Extracellular matrix (ECM) is a major component of the cell microenvironment with important signaling and regulatory functions. Derived from healthy acellular porcine intestine, TissueSpec® intestinal matrix contains a variety of collagens, laminins, elastin, nidogen, and vitronectin.
TissueSpec® Intestine Hydrogels supported the growth and development of duodenal organoids for up to 3 weeks.
